At Caldwell and Jones, we don’t have clients or customers—we have community. Every event we create is a unique, boutique experience, thoughtfully designed for you and only you. Whether we’re crafting something intimate or extravagant, our approach is always personalized, curated, and cohesive.
Born from a love of performing arts and interactive engagement, Caldwell and Jones designs immersive, unforgettable moments that leap off the page and off the screen. Our events aren’t just experienced—they’re felt, shared, transcendent. As Bay Area natives, we’re inspired by the community we love, and we’re here to make magic happen together.
We collaborate with event planners, offer vendor services, provide custom props, and specialize in event styling—all with a personal touch.
Meet Our Team
ABOUT ZPHYNA
Bay Area native Zphyna “ Dizzy Jones” Caldwell is is the heart of interactive enrichment at C+J, a theatre professional, Special Events Manager and Teaching Artist. She has worked with notable companies and schools such as Performing Arts Academy of Marin, GATE Academy, Marin Horizon and St Hilary’s School, as well as Marin Theatre Company, Mt. Play Association, SF Speakeasy and Bay Area Playwright’s Association.
In 2016 she launched her own youth theatre company, Interactive Enrichment and in 2025 launched Caldwell + Jones, an Events and Entertainment Company. Ms. Caldwell is an integral part of her community and deeply believes in Community Engagement and Social Service. She is the Entertainment Chair for Mill Valley Pride, the Event Manager for the San Andreas High School Career Fair and in 2024 co produced Comfort & Joy a Holiday Event for underserved families in Marin City. Through private donations and volunteers they were able to provide popcorn, hot chocolate, a magic show, arts, crafts, a royal meet & greet with the Winter Queen and of course gifts (!) to over 100 families in need.
Often the life of parties she hasn’t attended, Zphyna Caldwell is on guest lists, VIP lists, and must lists throughout the Bay Area. Ms. Caldwell is so charismatic she shares inside jokes with complete strangers and is often detained by airport security because they find her so fascinating. She’s crossed the point of no return twice and the stars in her eyes have recently been acknowledged by NASA.
ABOUT KAHLIL
When you work with Caldwell and Jones, you get access to our in-house photographer, Khalil, who brings warmth and creativity to every shot. From family portraits to event photography, Khalil captures the moments that matter—the laughter, the love, the details that make your event unforgettable.
ABOUT RICHARD
Richard is a queer, Latine Director & Producer based in the San Francisco Bay Area. Richard is passionate about thrilling new plays, genre-defying theatrical events, and interactive audience experiences. He is a graduate of The Theatre School at DePaul University in Chicago.
RAINEY DAE & KYAN DRE
Rainey Dae and Kyan Dre are not a couple, they’re a pair; whose good looks can only be exceeded by their talent and charm. Rainey and Dre share many interests, the most significant being their profound appreciation for art and culture.
Once on a trip to El Salvador Dre saved Rainey from being struck by a rattlesnake and was bitten in the process. Finally, after five excruciating days, the snake died.
